Cash Bar: 6:00pm          Dinner: 7:00pm
Tickets for members of the Toronto Diocesan Executive or those serving as a Regional Chair or Regional Spiritual Advisor are not to be ordered by parish councils. They will order their own tickets. Each Regional Chair orders her Regional Spiritual Advisor’s ticket.
Ticket Distribution: Banquet Tickets will NOT be mailed in advance of the convention. All banquet tickets may be picked up at the Banquet Ticket Table located inside the Convention Hall at any time between business sessions of the Convention until lunch on the second day, after which the remaining tickets are to be picked up after the Closing Mass from your Regional Chair. Parish presidents may designate a member to pick up the banquet tickets for your council.
Table Seating will be assigned on a strictly first come-first served basis so order your tickets early. There are ten people per table. For orders less than ten every effort will be made to keep council members seated together.
